BI hate writing negative reviews, especially for a company I've supported for years, but I feel other buyers should know about my experience. I purchased the Robin McGraw Revelations Therapy Light Mask for nearly $500 and received it on June 15, 2026. Because I travel frequently for work during the summer, I didn't begin using it until early September. The mask was stored properly the entire time. During the first few uses, all three light settings (red, blue, and yellow) worked perfectly. Then, without warning, only the yellow light continued to function. The red and blue lights stopped working completely, which is particularly disappointing because those were the primary reasons I purchased the mask.
Considering the price, I expected a much higher-quality product and stronger customer support. I contacted customer service hoping they would help troubleshoot the issue or stand behind their product, but my inquiries were ignored. This was a major purchase for me, and honestly one I couldn't really afford. While my friends are spending money on Botox and other cosmetic treatments that are out of my budget, I thought this would be a more affordable skincare investment. Instead, I am left with an expensive device that doesn't work as advertised and a company that doesn't seem interested in helping. Buyer beware. Before spending nearly $500 on this mask, I would strongly recommend looking at similar light therapy masks from other brands that may offer better reliability and customer support.

I haven’t noticed a difference and I’ve used the products every single day
